Kevin has over 16 years of professional public accounting and industry experience. He gained valuable experience working in several companies as controller or Director of Finance before starting his own accounting firm and founding Huang Kan & Company, LLP.

Kevin has extensive experience in tax, accounting, and management consulting services, including business planning, accounting system design and implementation. His experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing in import & export, high-tech companies, real estate, wholesale distributors, manufacturing companies.

Education and Certifications
Kevin holds a B.S. degree in Economics. He obtained a Masters degree in Accounting from Utah State University and he also completed his graduate coursework in M.S. taxation at Golden Gate University.

Kevin holds a CPA license. He is a PFS ( Personal Financial Specialist) recognized by AICPA and a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) recognized by AICPA and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an Instructor for Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program sponsored by the IRS for the part years.


Sam S. Kan, CPA

With more than 10 years experience, Sam currently specializes in providing accounting and assurance services to both domestic and foreign corporations.

He also has extensive experiences in reviewing financial statements for various industries such as non-profit, food industry, telecommunication and automobile industry.

Through various accounting and assurance services, he is enthusiastic about offering creative solutions to entrepreneurs such as helping them identify the opportunity to go public and raise funds.

Education and Certifications
After graduating from the University of Hong Kong with a B.S. degree in Accounting, Sam started his career in public accounting in San Francisco Bay Area. He then obtained his CPA license in 2003. He continued his education and gained his Masters degree in Taxation from California State University, East Bay in 2009.

Business Affiliations and Other Activities
Sam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He enjoys traveling, bike riding and playing guitar. He also serves as a volunteer in a Christian organization.
